Bucknell Student Francesca Richman created this digital story in her Italian course entitled Corsets and Curses. The course explored the history of female liberation in Italy through the analysis of novels written in the 1900's and also through contemporary films.
Learning Goals: Students will critically evaluate the social, political, and cultural role of women in an international framework by comparing Italian realities with their own as an American citizen and as individuals.
Outcomes: digital literacy skills, understanding of multimodal storytelling, hightened communication skills, reflection, articulation, verbal and grammer skills.
